I have DA:O on Steam, EA, and GOG. The GOG version is the only one that I have been able to play consistenly without issues. They've done their research and have compiled the most stable version available to date. I do get occasional crashes, but they are few and far between. The Steam and EA versions won't even launch on my PC. I am running Windows 11, Ryzen 5 7600X, and RTX 4070 Super.
