It wasn't the gorgeous witcher 3, but the game is beautiful and a finished product. There are some issues with clipping and the frame rate getting below 60 in some cutscenes, but overall the game is not nearly as unpolished as people are saying. I'm running a GTX 1070 and 16 GB of RAM.
