I've still got all the original CDs kicking about somewhere. The epitomy of what RTS could be at the time. Forget the premise, this was about strategy and speed to react. The campaigns were good and a great introduction to what all the vast number of units offered but to be honest I just loved firing this up and playing one of the many skirmish maps. Big Berthas were the way to go in my opinion. If you could get a couple of those up and supported by the appropriate defences and power systems then the bad guys rapidly crumbled. I've never had a PC powerful enough to play it's spiritual successor Supreme Commander but I found a near match in 'LASW' if you're looking for something similar but more modern.
