Nice idea but lacks the implementation. Game mechanics are broken and most of the times you're left of wondering, why your workers just stand there while doing nothing. Janitors wander here and there. You make buildings just to find out that game doesn't classify them as "indoors" (you can't build indoor pavement etc.) & this happens A LOT. When your jail grows, you spend more and more time finding workarounds for buggy engine. Not worth investing money or time into. Find better games to play.
