Songs of Syx

Hail Mighty Despot

In the beginning I should mention that I love games that simulate everything like Noita. What does that mean, well here I come with the answer: If in the warehouse lies 3,000 pieces of wood that means that there are really 3,000 pieces of set material. And if a carpenter wants to build some furniture he will need to go to set Warehouse and get those materials himself. All of those Caravans that you see on the map are real they are not just some Sprites that have a set path and they make the world seem alive those are Goods that a AI have bought or traded. Songs of Syx allows you to be a ruler in a alive world. You choose your starting location in the world map and from now on you are in charge to let your kingdom to Glory or defeat. This game being a city Builder / Kingdom management simulation. Allows you to build your city in any way you want you want a Slave Kingdom / a kingdom where everyone is equal here you have it. While playing you will unlock new titles that will expand to your roster of buildings that you can build, or give you some boost while starting a new kingdom. Despite being a city Builder the game has a research system. That allows you to allocate the research point to unlock new buildings / boosts for the existing ones like bigger yields of crops. And for those who seeking some action the game is also a small Total War. With army management and a tactical layout for those who want some Blood for The Blood GOD. The Empire management system is solid, it allows you to manage your other cities: Choose what there will be build, change the tax, order them to prepare an army to expand or defend your wealth. Overall Songs of Syx is a solid and fun experience.

UBOAT

Great execution with some flaws

From the start UBOAT is a Good WW2 submarine simulator. Game systems are easly tought to you by several tutorials that explain many aspects of this game. From the beggining the game allows you to modify many aspects like: economy, crew management, the targeting system (manual / automatic {the crew takes care of that} ). We have a great campaign that starts in the begginig of the war to the very end with the changes very easly seen like the enemy using more effective ways to find and drown us ( I still hear those pings in my head ). But why 4 stars, here i come with the answer Crew Menagment, the only thing that i was displeased with. It's not bad, but requies some patience and understanding when to do certain tasks like don't set "warming up the torpedoes" high up in the priorities tab. Because then the officer will mainly use his time on duty to make your torpedoes nice and slippery, activate it when you know that the convoy is near or order the oficers manualy so that you can easly make the convoy face it's fate. Overall a nice experience.
