The game is basically an AoE2 reskin, but I have fond memories of playing games with my brother when we were growing up, and nowadays, with the Expanding Fronts mod breathing new life into it, it's still a fun way to kill a couple hours.
It had been almost 15 years since I last played DOOM 3, and it's still fantastic. Plus with some of the great mods out there, Like DOOM 2553 giving us the Halo gear to fight daemons with, give it a fresh coat of paint.
Much like Cyberpunk 2077, this game launched too soon, full of bugs and lacking features. But with the dev team's labour of love, it is now fantastic!
