Night City is really one of the most beautiful cities I've ever seen in a game. The main story and some side quests are great, too. But that's it. For an open world game, lacks almost everything an open world with character customization needs, like tattoo parlors, barbers, vehicle stores/customization (at least sometimes you get to buy new cars from fixers), houses to buy/customize. Some of these features were announced being cut from the game, but I was not expecting they would cut everything that makes an open world a fun game to play. Even The Witcher 3 had barbers, and Geralt is not a fully customized character. Also in Blood and Wine DLC you get to customize Corvo Bianco, while in Night City, with hundreds of skyscrappers... I only get to have a poor man's apartment, and nothing to customize. The AI is one of the wors't I've seen in the last decade, not to mention the completely broken wanted system. Vehicle physics and driving are poorly implemented, and if there were taxis I would get them all the time just so I wouldn't have to drive. And for last, this game is not an RPG. Without giving any spoilers... there's a side quest where you have to save someone from a forced surgery and you can't kill the baddies if you want to the most positive outcome. My character was supposed to be a stealth hacker who never enters combat, but there's no way I could complete this quest in the way I wanted to. I could not lure them away (and even if I did, the quest would not trigger the next stage where I save the person), I could not incapacitate them via hacking. I tried to "beat" them by using a non-lethal weapon and that also didn't work. They died... from a non lethal weapon (why even having non lethal weapons then?). The quest forces you to eliminate all the targets, by shooting or force choking them, these are the only two possible ways to finish the quest. Also, I can't rob cool cars in the street, since it require 6 points in Body. What about hacking?
