I wanted to love it and was willing to overlook some flaws and rough edges, but when systems that were in the original games (like A-life, or just AI in general) simply don't work and the game crashes constantly, forcing you to compile shaders for another five minutes each time, I simply can't overlook that. Terrible performance and stability aside, there's certainly hope for the future thanks to mods, but as a product right now this game is not worth the full price at all. Awaiting my refund from GOG, and going back to modded Anomaly in the meantime.
