INMOST

Beautiful tale with nice puzzles

I gotta check all the meanings because I definitely didn't get everything but this was an "enjoyable" puzzle platformer.

Forager

Seemed interesting at first...

... but feels quickly like it's unbalanced, bow controls seem broken too. Steer away.

Little Nightmares II

Une belle suite, pas parfaite...

Elle hérite notamment des approximations de gameplay de son ainée. Le jeu reste très bien réalisé, l'univers est intriguant et l'exploration grisante.

El Hijo - A Wild West Tale

Dev is lying: no usable key rebinds

As this is a critical info we NEVER get even here at gog, I asked the dev on twitter if their game actually allowed for key rebinds. And it does, but not for movement which is harcoded to wasd. Completely unplayable.

Observer: System Redux

Good game, questionable redux

Original was a pretty cool weird cyberpunk experience. I'm just bummed it doesn't run very good (while streaming, true) and to get some crashes here and there (game won't even go past the second splash screen for some time after the crash).

CARRION

So much better than most games of 2020

Don't get me started on Animal Crossing (awful gameplay) or The Last of Us (haven't played the 2nd one but read about it and it's more of what I hated in the first). Carrion does what it does and does it WELL! The pixel art adds to the disgusting feeling of the game as does the work on the sound (oh my those screams, delicious!). Devouring those puny humans is fun and there's a nice progression, although you do tend to get a bit lost sometimes, there's no map and indicators (except the ones you get from the surrounding "nests") but the game isn't very long thus it's not very important (the beast moves very quickly too). I personally cannot wait for an eventual follow-up. :D tldr; The Thing but you're the human-devouring monster.
