I bought all 3 original RE games when they came out and have been an absolute joy to play. They have been well worth the money, especially for a firt time play through for someone like me. It is enjoyable to see where the RE games started and how they evolved over time. Now, for a RECVX update to make its way onto the GOG Playstore.
I have never played RE2 before in my life (other than the short stint when I was around 8) and I have only played RE2 Remake. This game has such amazing atmosphere and music that I can now appeciate the remake now. Be prepared for tank controls if you're not aware/used to archaic control methods. But they are smooth and responsive, so no issues there. Otherwise, thank you GOG for bringing this game into the 21st century.
