its like METRO and FALLOUT had a baby and it came out AMAZING
Some bugs still, but hard and fun.
Great game, mechanincs are improved since the first one and the focus of the game swift from the building to the managing of resources and laws. Graphics are beautiful. The only problem, its that it chrashes a lot when alt+tab.
