I've been playing Witcher games from the beginning, and this is the peak of the series. Excellent story and game mechanics. A lot of content in this GOTY edition, almost too much to play at once.. It took me over 136 hours to complete, and I almost completely skipped the GWENT stuff, but did almost all contracts, secondary missions and treasure hunts. But all together, great experience, get this, and be ready to spend a lot of time in front of computer.
I used to love all Larry games, and bought this instantly as it was released. But... This is not as good as the original, or not as fun. This is a solid remake and has some added and updated jokes, but still.. It's not the same. If you haven't played original, and don't like text parser based Sierra games buy this one, it's still Larry game, but otherwise I don't recommend. I think this was quite boring..
Excellent tactical turn based scifi game. Very addictive, when you start a new game you just have to finish it on same sitting. Keeps you on your toes all the time. Get it!
This is game to play, if you like old horror games like Silent Hill 2. The athmosphere is very distrubing and keeps you on your toes. Story is also great, as all the additional stuff like Night Springs series and radio shows. Grafix are awesome. But only thing lacking is the gameplay on PC, as the controls have been made for XBOX console. You can use pad if you want, but it's little hard to play with mouse & keyboard, for example starfing left or right is hard to do if in hurry. But otherwise great game with great price!
The Enhanced edition is excellent. Really great old school rpg, where time makes different if it's day or night. A lot of side missions and you can't complete everything with one playthrough. Lot of "hard" choices to make and lot of adult themes. Game has it's bugs, but content is the king. Highly recommended.
