I loved this Game when it was released by Bullfrog and so i bought it right away when it was available here on GoG. Its still is one of the best Games i ever played and a great proof that High-End Graphics and such things arent nessesary for a Game to be a Gem. For all German Buyers, open the Hospital.cfg with an Editor. Delete the ENG and add GER and the whole Game is in German
