The original is awsome. It ix one if those games that has all of those aspects done right. Intresting plot with proper cutscenes, great dialogs, intresting humour, lots of deep hidden clues making game more fun to replay, intresting mechanics, great visual style and hardcore edge gameplay of flying challenges wether those are godfights or racing. The only thing it doesnt focus too much is a great idea behind the plot, but its doesnt need to focus since it is great as light-hearted adventure. Whoever like true games as they should be, can't miss this masterpiece, which is funny because i got this game by mistake, when searching for chronicles of riddick, but i was not disappointed. Dont want to spoil the plot but its a detective mystery story from the point of journalist, like the one from another masterpiece - beyond good and evil - about events on a robot planets where suddenly important robots start to get murdered, and rumors about human seen on the planet appears. It isn't too complex but intresting to follow. Outside of that most dialogs are well made and filled with humour and overall warm atmosphere. As for gameplay there are too main part - wwlking and ship parts. The on foot part is very diverse handmade expirience due to different missions and abilities to play as different robots with unique abilities and possibilities. The ship parts are also very different and really fun to play, although no video here actually shows how its played, because unlike most other such games unique whip mechanic gives those wild flights absolutely different feel and dynamic. Its like spiderman on steroids. Different ships, different weapons and different challenges are very fulfilling. And you can even challenge most characters on a race or Arial fight. Didnt even talked about police both on foot (wheel) and in the air but you will see it for yourself. Just remember that all i said is about original and i dont know how good remake quality is, but i think i soon f
