Dino Crisis Bundle

Capcom Rocks

I have these on PSX, loads of fun. They should do the same for the Breath of Fire series. Another classic Capcom game.

Pathfinder: Kingmaker - Imperial Edition Bundle

Errors, Bugs, and Crashes, oh my.

That's what this game is like. I've only been playing for a couple hours and I've gotten at least 10 errors and several game crashes. From what I gather from the parts where the game plays, it's kind of boring. I don't like the chess piece moves on the map, or the storyboard cut scenes either. It slows down an already painfully slow moving game. If you have played Pillars of Eternity then you know how when you enter an area there is a screen where it's just a picture with your options. The voice overs are here and there, but most of it is just this annoying, fixed screen. It's more like a board game with brief encounters that make up the only battle in the game. I don't like having to read a book while playing a game, if I was into books I'd not bother with video games. I should also mention that this game is Russian so the website is down until Putin quits invading Ukraine. I probably would not have bought it if I knew it was Russian. Don't want to support Putin's war at all.

Anno 1503 A.D.

No cheats

With this new version from GOG you can no longer use the in game cheats. I have an old copy of this game and you could swap out the AnnoFrame.dll file to enable cheats. Since I upgraded to Windows 10 it won't play anymore. This new version does run on Windows 10, but will not run with the modified AnnoFrame.dll. So if you are one of those purist nuts that does not cheat on single player games then this is fine for you. Just not for me.
