I remembered this game from my late childhood and I did love it before so I had to buy it .... sadly controller support is really bad and not all keys can be set onto the controller. Also its a lot more choppy than I remembered but thats probably because back than this was actually very good ^^V still would have prefered some optimisations especially proper controller support.
I got the game on a "different" way at first because I wasn't sure if it is worth it or not, and even though the first 10 Minutes were utterly shit because you get thrown into some ugly place with no explanation at all and start fighting with a full party that has lots of skills and such which is very ridicolous the Game started to grow on me. After the first few minutes you actually start with the Story and get a proper and epsecially not annoying tutorial. The Character are mostly likable and the interaction with the Classmates is nicely done. GamesFAQs says Average play time is about 80 hours ... for me it was ~55 which is still A LOT ! The Game is worth every single cents even though the grafic is already kinda outdated they put a lot of effort in text writing and Dubbing.
