Pretty good game. Interesting, addictive side quests. Fun, rewarding gameplay. Interesting NPCs. Unfortunately, it all pales in the sheer volume of glitches, bugs, and broken promises. The game is by no means groundbreaking or even unique. The amount of cut content, compared to the announcements from even the previous year, is staggering. The game is not bad but disappointing for sure. What hurts the most is that it was the only game I'd been waiting for for years. It turns out there was nothing to get excited about. The good will of fans of a great game - The Witcher 3, saves Cyberpunk's ratings. 7/10.
