Having played Wasteland, this was the RPG I craved for years. I missed some of the old Wasteland elements (splitting parties, no healing items, etc), but the use of many of the same plot elements and humor made it a very familiar experience, yet different enough to be original. Any chance that Wasteland will be offered here at some point? Anyhow, since it's release, many have tried and failed to capture the "magic" that makes these games classics and failed. As for any older game, give allowances for graphics, but be ready to be lost in the story. Combat is tactical turn based, so be warned if you don't like the X-Com type games.
