Still Life

Hum... Mixed bag.

This is an adventure/point-and-click game. Graphics are decent. Music’s fine. The story’s the real draw. No bugs, no crashes. Overall? Entertaining, but also kind of irritating. The story’s actually solid—dark, layered, worth following. But the puzzles? Range from dull to full-on moon logic. Just when you're getting into the plot, boom: here comes a riddle that makes zero sense. You'll probably have to pause the game and dig up a solution online. And yes, pixel-hunting is alive and well. The highlights: story, voice acting, and atmosphere. It’s a classic adult game with all the flavor of a grim thriller. If that’s your thing, you’ll probably enjoy it. But if you hate obscure puzzles and rely on walkthroughs, expect some pain. So yeah—mixed bag, but worth it if you come in with the right mindset.

Assassin's Creed®: Director's Cut

Interesting but then crashes.

I was having fun, and it was entertaining. But then it crashes every time after performing an assassination and while escaping. The main thing you should get when you purchase a product is that the product works. If that fails the rest is nothing.
