Imagine this: this game is 20 years old and it was polished and perfected at launch. This sounds absurd today but it is true. It is easy to get into and it has a big sandbox game. The style is comic-like, rather suited for 7+ ages, no blood but some violence as in Pirates fighting. people knocked out, falling from ships etc. It is simply great. Many people have wrote about the gameplay, you owe it to yourself to play it once. And if you like it you will play it more. There is nothing else to be said. It is almost perfect even after such a long time.

As many, I played and loved Bushido Blade. There is nothing comparable. Until today. This is what we have, it is not settled in Japan but Central-Eastern Europe of the 17th Century, or later. Decisive fights where one move may be your last or you can cut up or pierce through the opponents' guard to win. It is exciting and sometimes gory. No stupid energy bars or even unrealistic fighting. Loved Bushido Blade, love this. Cannot wait for a good Multiplayer implementation. Also wish for many more different weapons to fight with. It is still in development, so it is not finished. But the product so far is very fulfilling. I will revisit this when significant changes were made. My hat is off to Kubold.
