I bought this game when it first came out in 2003. WONDERFUL. I loved it! Sadly i dont have the computer i used to play it on. :( But i recommend this game. its really good! This game can pull you in for hours, and when you finally lose focus, its either because you have to eat, or use the bathroom! Its like the sims yet not, the characters dont do their own things, as i remember. You have to tell them what to do and tell them what to do after that. Like giving them a list of chores. Its Sci-Fi, Tycoon, City Builder, and a Campaign Mashed all together. If you want to see what the game is like, go to youtube for a taste, you can see the gameplay, which there are two routes. A tourism, vacation, family fun experience route, making colonies for tourists, or making a self sufficient base that mines for minerals and defends itself from aliens. Havent bought this HD version yet because i want to know if its compatible with my Yosemite, and Mavericks, (Mac) computers. Hope there will be a great newer sequel to this in the future!
