Fallout: London

fallout 4 2

first off, i have played this game for almost 10 hours, so its safe to say i gave it a shot. while you can try to overlook the massive performance issues, bugs and crashes this game has, you cant ignore the core aspects that make it very underwhelming. they created a whole new map with many new factions and some actually interesting weapons only for the quests to be the exact same cookie cutter "go talk with person A, kill enemy X so A can point you to person B, clear out this place so B can help you out etc." quests Bethesda makes. Naturally, npcs have almost no personality or complexity, altough voice acting is a bit better at times. Also, there is one quest which plays out pretty much exactly the same as the drumlin diner one in fo4, how creative is that. there is even less enemy variety than the base game. Most "new" enemies i've found so far are just reskins, for lore reasons there arent any super mutants, with very few exceptions. I do really enjoy how rarer ammunition is, it really makes a difference in gameplay, at least i think so playing in very hard difficulty, but that's about all the praise i can give to fallout london. past the 10 hour mark, i cant say if the story gets amazingly good, the characters stop being 2 dimensional and the quests start getting creative, but its just not worth sitting through more hours to find out
