I Have this game on the shelf on 3.5" Floppy Hard disc. It was one of the first PC Games I bought. This came out before Windows Hit the market if I remmeber Correctly. I first played it on a Hewlett Packard DX250 bought from Sears! This brings back the memorys. Its graphics are pretty basic; But it they spent a lot of resorces getting things correct for nuclear war, & non Nuclear war. Yet You dont really have to read a manual to figure out how to use it after an hour or two. For $6 You cant go wrong. One game I played today lasted 721 rounds (Took about 5 hours to complete.) Just lots of basic fun, & occasional horror all wrapped into one!!!

There are opening menus for setting up the game. The Highlighted item is set up in a continous moving loop, & makes it impossible to play the game. I have the original game on 3.5" floppy drive, & its works on a 25 year old computer using windows 95 just fine; donwloading... You are at Your own risk!!! If the game works its Great!
I bought this game when it was new in 1992. Easily 25 years since I played it, & it was like playing again for the 1st time. Its takes very careful thought in some scenarios to get through them. Now a days You tube videos are quicker to use for help. BUT; IF YOU LOVE A CHALLENGE? & You lke Star Trek; Then You cant miss this!!! Its Fantastic! As well as its Sequal "Judgement Rites".

It was very unique in its day, & still is as far as I am concerned!

I have this game from when it was new back in the day. Just dont have a computer with Windows 3.1 anymore!!! Plays flawlessy with Windows 10 64 bit! Its a pretty good old game. It has many fictious diseases whcih adds to the humor. & some of the cures are just as funny! I give it 4 stars because I think it lacks one Hospital room which every Hospital has... No Cafeteria!!! They sure could have added Hospital foof poisioning to the mix; but didnt. Bummer!
