This game was one of the best games of it's time and it's still regarded as one of the best games ever made. Why?, well, in the first place, the controls were amazingly tight and the platform sections were fun with little to no frustration at all. I can't belive how the graphics still hold up pretty well today, they were vibrant and colorful and with a lot of charm. Also, the characters were quite memorable and charming, even if they didn't speak a real language (except on the PS1 version, were they did have real voices). Honestly, I haven't played the PC version, I had the N64 version back then, but after a little research, the PC version is almost identical to the N64 version, except with smoother animations, tighter frame rates and much, much better textures. I also saw in my little research that the PC version had some serious issues when trying to play it on a newer platform, like Vista or Win 7, so this is a God send of a release, with little to no hassle at all to start playing and even better with today's technology, with HD resolutions, fancy texture filters and anti aliasing, making this the definite version of this game. On closing comments, this is a bargain of a release, my parents bought me this game at $50 back in the day, today this game cost you $6, not to mention it's completely DRM free and also, you get all the usual GOG goodies.
