I loved this title. The graphic style, the dialogue didn't bug me much, but I don't look for perfection, the only thing that really bugged me is the obscenely bad walking animation. Apart from that, a truly excellent adventure game.

There is a completely different feel to each of the factions, or if you wish to employ a particular strategy with an ill-suited faction, then a ramp up of the difficulty. It may seem simple, but it's the Wonder videos that keep me coming back so often; they are just that amazing. You will definitely become addicted if you are a Civ fan, this game beats the Civ series into the ground in my opinion, even though I love them both.

I really enjoyed this game. Even stretched on a 22" 1680 monitor the backgrounds and artwork were amazing. 4 stars because I found a certain series of phone calls to be quite annoying, trite and predictable, but otherwise the game was a masterpiece. I don't have much familiarity with adventure games of this nature. For example, there are no guns, and you cannot die. I have played one or two Nancy Drew games with my niece and I suppose those are similar. If you want action, this game is not for you. It plays more like a mystery - puzzle novel and the pacing is relaxed but interesting. I really enjoyed it.
