Gives you challenge but also 2010s vibe.
The game seems unfinished, doesn't have any atmosphere, imbalanced, poor mechanics.
It's very distant to Tropico 1 or 3, but brings fun, has solutions in gameplay that you won't find in modern games, brings nostalgia even if I never played this version before. A big minus for the fact that it couldn't turn on until I've found a solution to change the .ini file on GOG forums.
