The game as of 1.09.1 is running really well, I have been a fan since the first announcement that it was coming and despite a few features in the trailers not being included in the game at release, it is a very enjoyable experience. There is deep mystery to be solved and even once you have maxed everything out the size of the universe means that there is always something I haven't seen before and the promise of one day figuring out how to open portals and discover the hidden messages in the languages keeps me playing. The ships in the game are procedurally generated and while I don't like the Gek ships I am always on the look out for my next sexy beast. New content will likely be coming out in the near future too which means a whole new way to play.
