Of the few graphics-based entries in the Zork franchise, Zork: Grand Inquisitor has aged the best. The previous entry, Zork Nemesis, was really too dark in tone for the series, but Grand Inquisitor has exactly the right sense of humor. It also avoids the most opaque and punishing difficulty of older adventure games. If you're a Zork veteran, ZGI might be a bit too easy for you, but it'll be a beautiful nostalgia trip. If you've never played a Zork game before, this is actually a great one to start with!
