Specifically, the button which is supposed to aim at destructible objects in the environment. It instead will also aim at the enemies, making the fight with Nemesis in the room with the acid valves a gigantic pain. If this is fixed, I would give the game 5 stars, but this bug alone is enough to ruin the experience.
