Atmosphere and visuals are very nice. City building is not that hard, but quite punishing. If you made mistake while first learning and don't reload a save you could put yourself in a rough situation. As I said I am not to far into this, so I expect the difficulty will increase once the temperature drops again. The first cold snap felt like a warning shot.
