Unlike KOF 98 UMFE, 2002 UM, or XIII Galaxy edition, this did not work out of the box with my Hori Real Arcade Pro 3. You'll need an external keybinding tool to fix it. It also has a problem with running way too fast on monitors higher than 60Hz, which you can solve with enabling vsync or lowering your refresh rate (but who does that?) Game itself is fine but this is by far the worst port out of the four games listed in my review.
