I've heard this be reffered to as a "Dad Game" before, and in fairness... I get it, it's got that Arkham(WB)-style combat, it's got the towers that illuminate the map, even upgrades accessible from the menu. I don't think a single original concept made it into this game. AND I LOVE IT! The Car combat is the perfect level of sim and arcade, Combat while the same has an extra scrappy feel to it with the iconic shotgun having a much more pronounced effect than a Bat-a-rang. While there is tedium and repitition, there's a certain flow and groove to it. It's fun in the same way as filling out a crossword puzzle. - A Perfect 4/5 Time Capsule, of it's era.
