I really hate the combat in this game. it feels like dark souls but worse. the magic systems, however, is amazing. it's all about combining spells to get different results. from using runes in a certain order, to using different spells in magic circles, you can place magical traps, get buffs, summon swords, inflict debuffs, attack and more! I sure hope this will be even more expanded in the next game.
GPU (2080) utilization was at 95%, no matter which graphics settings I used. the first level is a long road where you have to go back and forth looking for the riddle solutions, I couldn't find any but that's probably on me.
I played the Skyrim Mod a few years ago and was very happy to hear a game is planned. The game is a bit different, but just as good, if not better. took me around 10 hours to unlock all endings, but these were pretty amazing 10 hours! IDK what to add without spoilers, but if you liked the mod, you'll LOVE the game!
I don't remember the last time I had so much fun with a 3D platformer. Amazing game and look beautiful! love the artstyle! just a few things that bothered me: 1) On the ferry , sometimes when I die and spawn on the boat I insta-die, then respawn and contine as usual. 2) On one of the ghost horseriding parts, FPS dropped to below 5 for a few seconds which made me lose because I crashed into a wall. happened around 5 times until I managed to pass that part. other than this specific part, smooth 144FPS 2560X1440 gameplay. Locking to lower FPS did not solve the problem. (R9, RTX 2080, 32GB RAM) 3) Change to "leave a rating on GOG" or just ask for rating and don't specify the platform. 4) We will highly appreciate achievements here as well. Other than that, I had a blast!
I really loved watching people not play the original, now I need to find friends and make them not plaay this one.
