Nothing you have collected carries over to ng+. The only thing you will keep is penance rewards. Calling this an ng+ is false advertisement. I know ng+ was implemented with the free update, but since it's tied to this paid dlc the criticism is valid, since, as there is no real ng+, there is no real reason to spend any money on this game anymore.
Completionists should avoid this as there are now multiple Twitch drop and Amazon prime equipment pieces and weapons one cannot obtain anymore. It is now sadly just waste of time and money. It is also rather ethically questionable to implement such timed content so far into the life span of the game that it is unlikely to be able to refund it after learning of such practices.
