Duskers

Impressive. Very... Impressive.

The game has lots of qualities: it's clever, well crafted, with great retro graphics and a good history. The result is way better and greater than the sum of the parts. Indeed, it looks like a mix of 80s aesthetics with a tech noir touch and some RPG mechanics. It does with 107 MB what most of the 10 GB games can't even imagine deliver. Now let me return to my good old and rusty ship and solve the mistery of this empty galaxy.

Darkwood

Great effort, unpleasent game.

This is one of those cases where the sum of the parts is much less than the whole. The game has good graphics, a good soundtrack and you can see that the development team worked hard to polish the final product. However, the combination of problematic gameplay and excessive difficulty end up making the gaming experience meaningless. The impression one gets is that of participating in an experiment in which there is never a right answer and, therefore, the only guarantee is some type of "punishment". Furthermore, by taking the horror genre to its ultimate consequences, it seems that the development team's desire to cause discomfort is much greater than the perception that it is, ultimately, a game - and that it should be enjoyable.

Space Haven

As Red 1 used to say: almost there!

While there's still a lot to do, this is one of the best space exploration games I've ever had the pleasure of playing (and I've been in this "vital industry" for about 30 years). The indie approach is very suitable and the graphics perfectly match the game's purpose. I believe that now you only need to move forward on two points: (1) campaigns and storytelling and (2) creation of more gadgets to use the characters. Oh, I almost forgot, more evil alien species, please! That aside, great job, guys!
