I haven't bought this, but just looking at the free/non-premium version I can tell that it hasn't been updated for Phantom Liberty yet. In fact, it's also missing the apartments which can be purchased, so it might not have been updated for 1.5 even. That might mean that this map isn't so useful in 2023, especially if you have the PL DLC for the game. I'd suggest if thinking about buying this, check the free version first to see if it's been updated yet. The same might also be true of their "official guide book" (sold from the same website).
