This game set the bar and still holds it for turn-based strategy games. It's immensely replayable. I bought it when it first came out and played it until it ended up being relagated to the legacy computer games pile where they get played on a 20 year old laptop I keep for that purpose. I've also bought the updated digital version to play at my desktop. I'm not going to get into the depths of telling why it's such an awesome game other than to say that it is really fun to play. Really, really, really fun to play.
