I really hate when devs release a game that is unfinished! AI is horrible, the city is closed off m eaning the city is dead. The visuals are amazing sorta! I say sorta because i see so much effects not realized. if i shoot a car tire it should flatten the tire. if i shoot water i should see water effects. The story is short! I am not getting into how many bugs ive found its just atrocious! Anyone loving this game is blind and fooled by the PR machine!
