I remember. I was about 12 or 13 when I first played journeyman 3. the beautiful presto logo with that epic sound was a big surprise compared to myst or riven. But it didnt stop, it just goes on with a gigantic intro movie, well designed and written. At its end I had no doubt about the fate of that symbiotry ship, especially in combine with the excellent music. When the start screen appears my chin already hit the ground. Sure, a kid is impressed easily, but I think this game has aged well. first of all moving looks great if you take the time and watch those animations which is telling me developers had an eye for the detail back there. Also the puzzles are great and get more difficult and interesting during the game. The actors doing their job well and even arthur can make you smile with his hints and comments. the story leads you to several places in the human past and reveals a conspiracy of interstellar dimensions. On top of all this game has one of the best endings I've ever seen with the highlight in best imaginable place. The gog version has just one catch for me that prevents a Five star ranking. Of all games I like to play in original english (I'm a german by the way!) I preferred to play this in german language, cause for once it is as good in german as it is in english. My original game doesnt exist anymore but I'm glad that it's not away forever. For this you have my Thanks CD project. All gamers out there, get it. It's a great expierience for a low budget, and it deserves to be played. Again and again ...
