I've been watching several gameplay videos on this game to have an idea of what it looks like and how it feels (based on the feedback of the streamers) and it really interests me. I haven't bought it yet and probably will never buy it because it's a game taking place in France about the French Revolution and there is not a slightest word in French in the game. Neither audio, nor text. There are millions of french speaking players. Voice Over and Text in French would totally make sense. So, I'll keep an eye on it but don't expect much as the game has been released more than a year ago. Although a recent patch has been deployed (3 weeks ago). A missed opportunity.
This review is only about the game I played years ago, not this version on GOG. I liked it a lot. Being an ant was a really fun and unique experience. However, this game is initially in more languages than just English. This is sadly enough very frequent on GOG : many games are proposed in English version only although they originally exist in many more languages. This is one of the reasons why I don't buy many of the these games. So, to sum up, the game is really worth it for itself and if you don't bother only play it in English. I would give it 4 stars. But since the other languages are not available on this site, I only give it 2 stars. For the price, ti's worth it. But you can also wait for the new release to come with Unreal Engine 5 graphics.
