It was crash-crazy for a while, until I found out about this summary to patch a couple things. It still crashes from time to time, so save often! Great game so far once I got past the crashing, very immersive, good music on the radio too! To get the summary (it's on reddit), do a search for "fallout london psa fix for crashes".
I'd hoped for possibly an upgraded shooter, like Tyrian or the Gradius series, or even something more interesting, like Freelancer. This game, unfortunately, is a real disappointment. The story is dull, and even the easiest difficulty is far from casual. You're stuck with a 'story' not deserving of the name, despite all the advertised 'customization', I've seen none of that, forced every mission into a specified ship, no freedom at all. I had high hopes that this would begin a shooter renaissance, guess I'll just keep looking...
