Dear Devs, Good things first: I like the pixel art style! The game has a lot of potential Bad things: Buggy - sometimes when the camera should move to the next area the character is suddenly outside of the playable area. Also, the companion seems to be able to float across abysses when she follows the main character. Jumping: it does not make sense to not be able to jump over small objects. Stamina: attacking does not consume stamina which seems strange. Similar to jumping - can jump around like a frog - no stamina consumption. A more realistic stamina consumption would be nice. Leveling: the attack speed upgrade and attack damage upgrade can be more costly imho. Animation/sprites: the character can walk up but not run - it is always just the diagonal running animation. This looks very odd. Bosses: due to the lag in sprinting (might just be my buggy controller) some bosses like the giant boar are very difficult - and the hitbox is not really clear. Too much healing items that sometimes cannot be used at all scattered across the map. Enemies: endless slime coming out of the gutter? Idk man... Also, based on my experience from Rogue Heros - Ruins of Thrasos, there should be an incentive to destroy/hack away objects/plants. Like occational experience drops or health drops Please improve these things! The game has potential but currently it feels like alpha or an early beta.
As a souls newbie this game was a nice entry into the genre. Started playing passionately but had troubles in ht elast section. Started Bloodborne in the meanwhile. Will finish this nice gem and then beat bloodborne. Totally worth it! Must-buy if it is reduced.
Movement does not feel physically sound (sliding parts and strange jumping off like a jetpack wearing superhero) the lobotomized fight against the DEI hire villian were especially stupid. Extra hard shooting fights are unnecessary (enemy always knows where you are and always hits at normal difficulty).
