Just playing this game again is really fun, perfect podcast, chill game even when you decide to play on Adept or higher. Mods just help streamline the experience or help by not making it look like mud.
Games rarely took themselves this seriously, especially voice actors and anything not made in mostly America. And it pulls it off incredibly well, the story, the game play elements, the environmental interactivity. It's all great and on display here.
Some glaring bugs and a third phase for the third boss that I despise aside, I absolutely love the aesthetic of this game and the soundtrack as well. The major bug is one that impacted me when there was a lot happening in the game and I would continue moving forward as if I was desyncing and my other inputs including jump would get dropped. Stellar wonderful action platformer game.
