Saints Row as a series has always offered a more ridiculous look at the satirical action games of the time, especially gta. Saints Row the Third is the epitome of this idea. Everything that makes Saints Row differnet, and in my opinion, better than GTA is that the forefront of this game, while still keeping it from being too outlandish, something Saints Row IV does fantastically. The Gameplay can be hit or miss with mediocre shooting mechanics and really dated driving mechanics, but at the same time you're able to upgrade yourself to the point that none of these setbacks are even a thought. Once you've got yourself into the flow of leveling up and moving the story along you find your self fully enveloped in the controls and able to win most fights. Overall Saints Row the Third is a mediocre game with a fun cast, crazy story, and so many good moments that this game series will hold a place in my heart right next to the Metal Gear series and Fallout. Hope you all can enjoy it too.
