Please check out the most helpful reviews and please think twice about giving away your data to sony. It concerns us all and having integrity against audacious company practices will benefit in the long run. Something I wish GOG would show here too.
This is the only review you need before buying it: From a time of waves of generic military shooters comes a generic military shooter you definitely should give a chance. What sets it apart is the setting in Dubai (sometimes Bioshock-esque), the grounded movement (albeit a little clunky, but Walker feels like a buff dude, which is good for war), the sand mechanic (you can shoot windows and bury enemies under sand) and the occasional choices you have to make as the squad leader, as you have two friends and teammates who aid you with fire support. If you want solid and visceral game play with bloody executions of arabic enemies in the desert while feeling like a bad ass Delta Force squad, liberating Dubai, this is for you:) If not, get it on sale, it's still worth the shoot outs. I liked it for the brain less 3rd person shooter it promises to be and for Nolan North's (Uncharted series) voice performance and the great soundtrack of licensed tracks. Also don't read any other reviews, as a big part of the fun comes from discovering at your own pace. "Gentleman, welcome to Dubai."
