This is a pretty bare bones review because other already wrote ones better than I ever could and I'm mostly writting this to say that this game is pretty much still in alpha maybe beta if you want to be genorous. Now to the point of the review thze game is unfinished and abandoned so we won't get any more updates.
It doesn't really seem to have stuff like dialog choices like many other RPG's so either it will be implemented later on in development because there are more pressing matters or it will have a very linear story [note that I have nothing against a linear story] and the story is also far from finished only a small part of it is playable as of now but it seems promising Now enough of the story what is the gameplay like simmilar to the first everspace but also diffirent I read that the first game was more of a Rouge-like then an RPG but I suppose the combat is what you imagine space ship combat to be like fun but confusing at time if you loose track of directions So in conclusion would I recommend the game yes and no if you want a finnished game buy No Man's Sky or Elite Dangerous if you ok with a game that is activly being developed and improved upon go buy you will enjoy it
