I snagged this at the Insomnia Sale and loved it for about two weeks. If you're the sort of person who likes keeping notes about skills and events each playthrough then it's an interesting experience. That being said, as has been noted, it doesn't have a lot of replay value. I mainly replayed it to find out certain things, see where other paths lead, and for the sake of completion. It's an easy game to jump in and out of at a moments notice if you don't have a lot of time. The artwork is really nice and the 'choose your own adventure' style of some choices you make really appeals to me. It wont win any awards for its story, but it kept me interested and wanting to know more about the intrigue.

Pretty good, but it has a lot of issues. They use references and simple frat humor instead of clever writing. The story is fairly predictable. The mechanics are clever in spots, but they fall flat later on in the game. They toss a new mechanic at you for the end of the game and it's incredibly annoying. The lack of good checkpoints makes some boss battles a chore, but when the final battle comes around and there are zero checkpoints? It's a time sink. Not to mention the ending you get is based on random chance if you haven't read ahead in a walkthrough. A real letdown. I had fun for a bit, but I'm glad I got the game at a Summer Sale discount.
