I played this game to copmpletion many years ago when it was newly released, and I loved it. I am thrilled to have it on GoG, so that I can play it through again on a modern system. Even to this day, it remains (in my experience at least) an entirely unique game, one where you play as the *dragon*. Not as a human with a dragon pet or mount, not as a swap-system where you're sometimes the dragon and sometimes the human, not as some sort of shapeshifter, but the dragon itself and that's that. You have scales, claws, fangs, a tail, wings and all the other great things you expect of a western dragon. You get a choice of three dragons at the beginning of the game, which amounts to a class choice - fighter, magician and I suppose you might call it a paladin; as the third class is a balance of spellcaster and physical fighter. Being a dragon, you can swoop down to catch the enemy monsters in your claws and eat them to restore health. (The eating noise was always oddly satisfying to me). Navigation is through flight, barring one region where you instead play as a human mounted on a lizardy type creature (as best I recall). As far as story goes, basically you are the Chosen One, the Prophecied One. You will be great and good and save the world from the evil monsters invading it. It has been a while, so my recollection might be a bit off, but i believe that one of the main reasons you are the Chosen One is because you are the last of your kind; the humans managed to save some eggs but only yours proved viable or something like that. Finally, I love puns. And the title of this game is a pun. In short, what's not to love? Give the game a try, I doubt you'll be disappointed!
