Diggles is poorly voice-acted, shoddily written, indifferently localised, probably never proofed, a bit glitchy, and very slow-paced. God, I adore this game. It's totally worth overlooking all of those things. It still has that bug where it doesn't always make it to the main menu. Just close it and try again. I'd forgotten how much joy this game gave me.

Frequent updates. Still a bug here and there, but nothing terrible. Deep, involved. Rewards learning. Not sure that the tutorials can really handle the sheer complexity - you'll need to learn a lot by doing. Ultimately, you're going to get enjoyment out of this game proportionally to the effort you put into it. Got a bottleneck? It's probably a lack of nurses. Nurses are super-important. Current playtime, about 170 hours.

If measured, management and trade are your thing, this will be fun for you. There are a few gotchas: * Don't try to open the solar-system view with an unconfirmed room build pending (will hang). * There's at least one crash-bug lurking in there - but no manual saving. * The English really needs some work. Most of it is ... okay. Some of it is quite poor. In a couple of places the English translation becomes somewhat incomprehensible. That said, I've cheerfully burned some hours on this and am looking forward to burning more.
