Cyberpunk is more in line with Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines with the following - Exploration, character interactions and combat. They absolutely nailed the feeling of being in a futuristic city with a crazy amount of detail being present everywhere. The voice acting and animations are pretty top notch although there are glitches which can mess things up. Combat and stealth now go hand in hand instead of the game forcing you to follow a certain playstyle or build. The hacking and stealth could use more refinement but it's more faster paced than the new Deus Ex games and weapons feel satisfying to use. It's in a rough place now but seeing how quickly game and performance issues are being addressed on pc, I'm sure it'll be even more fun to play. Don't go with the expectation of it being another GTA clone and you'll have fun. Also it ran pretty well on my four year old mid range pc, looks good on low-medium settings and loads amazingly fast on an SSD.
